Our cutting department, with 28 staff members and 3 automatic cutting machines, has a production capacity of 70,000 pieces per day, 1.82 million pieces per month, and 21.84 million pieces annually.

We perform heat transfer and pad printing in-house, while flock, water-based, and digital printing are outsourced to trusted suppliers.

Discover our Darsel Jacquard Narrow Weaving Facility
Operating in a 7,000 m² high-tech facility with 45 jacquard weaving machines, the Darsel Elastic Plant produces 2 million meters of woven elastic per month and 24 million meters annually. The facility manufactures in widths ranging from 0.05 mm to 6 cm, exporting 70% of its output, and serves with a team of 58 experts.
